Training and Support
Medicine Shoppe International, Inc. (MSI) works closely with Master Franchisees to ensure long-term success. Training begins with the staff of each new Master Franchisee attending an intensive executive training program at MSI headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. In addition, regular visits to the country from MSI’s staff provide each Master Franchisee with the appropriate communication, guidance and business tools for successful operations. All Master Franchisees have access to the catalog of Medicine Shoppe^® Pharmacy programs and materials, and MSI’s staff works closely to ensure proper adaptation of programs and materials for the local markets. Master Franchisees also attend an annual meeting to discuss new initiatives, receive additional training, and interact with other Master Franchisees and MSI Corporate Staff.
